Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the provided shipping box to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL or FedEx shipping label included in your original order to the outside of the box, covering any previous tracking information.

• 4.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Book a complimentary collection through our carrier's website or drop off your package at the nearest authorized shipping location.
